It helped me w my very mild worry and depression.
I was on low dose of Prozac and found I didn’t want to take it any longer but did want something to help w the little bit of worry or “bothersome feeling” This product has helped me to feel just as good as the Prozac made me feel.

In two weeks time i noticed a great improvement to my coordination and realized i had not been loosing things like i did before taking this lithium orate. After months of use, i started loosing things again so i upped the does to one, twice a day.

Lithium orotate vs. carbonate
I take lithium orotate for bipolar disorder. I take 8 capsules a day, 4 in the morning and 4 in the evening. I was taking lithium carbonate by prescription but switched to orotate because it is easier on the liver and more bio available. Swanson has a great quality product.

Lab test show only trace amounts
I bought a few bottles of this; I believe it made a difference. However, my Dr. did a blood test after I have been taking a couple of caps per day and says the test results show negligible trace amounts of lithium. I am all for a low dose non-toxic Lithium. But I do want Swanson to look into this. I really would appreciate a reply. My goal is to stick to this Swanson brand on just ONE caps a day. I want a capsule of 5mp elemental lithium to be just that. Thanks. Looking forward to your response.

I have tried everything.
Similar to previous reviewers, I have literally tried everything - Sam-e, passion flower, valerian, melatonin, various amino acids, wild lettuce, St. John's wort, California poppy, etc. and have gotten mixed results. I feel so much better since I started taking lithium orotate supplements. I think it works better than the lithium aspartate. I take one after breakfast and one after dinner. Give it two weeks - you'll be glad you did!

Have switched to this and am sleeping better than ever. No sedation and I am more sensitive and awake. Keeps me calm and levels the mood. Wonderful product.
