I have used the topical cream form of MSM with decent results. The pill form is a whole different story! I took just 1 pill and ended up nauseated and vomiting! This went in for 3 days before I figured out it was the MSM. I have an allergy to Sulfa antibiotics. I read that anyone with that allergy, should not take MSM. No warning in the bottle! I also read of you are on any kind if blood thinner, you should not take this product. FYI ❗😦

Great Value For Money!
MSM has all but completely halted advancement of arthritis in my hands and joints. I has been a game changer since hearing of its benefits more than two decades ago. I can always feel when I go off of it as joint sensitivity increases, especially in winter. As allergies prevent me from using other supplements, MSM in this high dose form is my go to and it will last me months. I am glad for Swanson carrying this!

Great product that benefits me!!
I have been taking MSM for almost 20 years and have found Swanson's product to be consistent and effective. I would highly recommend this product as it has kept my joints in great shape with no discomfort and I have experienced many other benefits. My only complaint is sometimes the 1000 mg dose has been out of stock but lately that is not the case. Please keep producing it and I keep purchasing it!!
