For full disclosure I’ve been taking a variety of new supplements so how I’ve been feeling may be a combo of those. I’ve been taking this for about a month. I definitely have noticed more focus. I take 1 with dinner.

We have compared the ingredients between this product and the Provagen and believe that the Phosphatidylserine is a better product. We only hope that it will do what it promises. We have been taken it for five years now and are still plagued with memory loss. I supposed that it is part of aging.
