i found out it does not dissolve in cold water, so i put it in boiling water. after it is chilled I add some to my milk in my unsweetened cereal.
It tastes pretty good after you stir it forever into hot water.

Your product clumps up too much in hot water. We were ordering a similar product from another company and their collagen is hydrolyzed. That is probably why it costs a little bit more. Cheaper is not always better you know. Thanks anyway, it was worth the try.

If your a blender person, the product is ok. It won't mix with a spoon in a glass. For me it a hassle to wash the blender everyday.

I'm giving this 3 stars because I'm hoping it still has the same benefits. I don't know because it has really changed from my first purchase. The first one I bought was much darker in color and tasted like chocolate. My recent purchase, however, was much different. I could see the change in color and flavor. I hate it when I find a great product that tastes good and works and then changes are made and it's no longer the same. I'm hoping they go back to the original, but in the meantime, I will try to find another product to replace it.

I got two containers of this in a couple days ago, big mistake. Stick with the unflavored one. It mixes well. This stuff does not mix well in any hot liquid much less at all in cold or room temperature liquid. It stays sticky and gummy on cups and utencils, hard to wash off. I love Swanson's products but this one needs work.

I was pleased to find this at Swanson's as I have been searching for an affordable bone broth collagen powder for my morning smoothies. I was surprised by the flavor. I recently broke my foot and purchased this to increase protein intake to aid healing without adding lots of calories. This has been great for that purpose. I make a cup of "hot chocolate" mixing it into almond milk. I would recommend using a blender to mix it in well.
