Sublingual but takes forever to dissolve
These are effective but do not dissolve well under the tongue...as they are supposed to do. The 2500mcg tabs (twice a week) did.

the taste is awful. I've been taking b12 supplements for years, have tried various brands. None of them are "delicious" but at least they're tolerable. I don't notice any difference in effectiveness from the brands I've used in the past, but I can tell you I won't ever order these again. They taste terrible and smell terrible.

These tabs melt easily in my mouth and taste fine. However, I'm not sure why, but I haven't noticed the same burst of energy I've gotten with other brands. I'm going to give it another try to be fair. Maybe I've been less healthy lately due added stress. It's a good form of the B12, so it should work great. As I said, I'll keep taking it and update my critique later.

B-12 quality
Methylcobolamin is used by the body very quickly, not like cyanocobolamin where your body has to get rid of the cyanide molecule before your body can use the B-12. Less stress on your body to make both your body and your mind feel better.
