Better than Ashwagandha
Better than Ashwagandha. People say they use this for sleep but it doesn't make me sleepy at all. Just destressed and calm. I use it everyday and notice when I forget.

excellent produce Eliminates my husband’s heart palpations if he takes it once in the morning and once at night. Lactium is used for babies with colic=—so it seems to be safe. It is derived from milk.

Works well for our dog (and me).
We mainly use it for our dog that at times doesn’t take much to get overly amped up. It does make him calmer without being sleepy. Easier to train when he is not amped up. Also use it myself on occasion when feeling overly stressed. Works well and not sleepy from it.

Great stuff! I was having a really hard time sleeping. Waking up multiple times in middle of night with anxiety. I take one of these and one of triple magnesium complex and now I am sleeping like a baby and wake up much less anxious. I would highly recommend.

For a reasonable out look on stressful days
I use this on an "as needed basis" when I know that I am going to have a stressful day dealing with daily encounters with people and situations that I bring me anxiety. I use this in combination with l-theanine and it keeps me thinking and feeling reasonably!

Excellent--It works!
This product really works. It takes the edge off and calms me down within 15 minutes. I have found nothing else that does. Both my wife and I use it. Plus it is 60% less expensive than a competitor's version of this. So, it's a great deal, too.

I've had sleep problems for a number of years, mostly of the wake-up-too-early (and can't get back to sleep) variety. Have tried all sorts of things without much improvement. Then I lucked onto this product. It is not a silver bullet for me, but it definitely helps, and did so from the first night I used it. I gave a dozen pills to a friend who said, in essence, that for her it is close to a silver bullet. Swanson's name for the product is peculiar. Be advised that it is not just for women! And that the effect that I notice is specifically to help with sleep; I don't notice any effect on stress or response to stress. To use the product for sleep, take it half an hour or so before bedtime. Ignore the instruction on the bottle to take it in the morning. This product is uncomfortably pricey. But if it's the only thing that works, well, what is a good night's sleep worth?!

Works Great!
This supplement contains a milk peptide that goes to the source of the stress by blocking the production of the stress hormone cortisol. I take it when I can't shut my mind down for sleep, or during the day when I am feeling a little on edge. Either way it works great, I am either off to la la land in no time at night, or during the day, it makes me calmer and more relaxed.
