I have always thought the DRY Swiffer cloths were the greatest cleaning product ever invented (hope people know you can use both sides), but the heavy duty cloths are a total waste of money. Initially the cloth is sopping wet, and within minutes it is bone dry. Hard to keep in the clips too, when it is in its wet stage. No instructions on the box about how to install (which side is up). Very expensive. Smell is bad, chemical. Now I am stuck with a whole box of these things!

It was leaking when it arrived so Target replaced and shipped again. The replacement arrived today with no lid and had been opened and used. Target, are you joking with that ? Terrible service

I could hardly use these. I was hoping the extra rough strip would help but it doesn’t. It prevent it from sliding across the floor . It just keeps snagging and coming off the mop ugh.

I love these thicker wet Swiffer pads. They are much thicker than the regular wet pad, and they work great on tough stains. They leave behind the fresh scent of Gain, and the floors are super clean after using these.

I have the heavy duty lavender scent cloths and they smell amazing but they DO NOT STAY ON THE HANDLE and it is so frustrating. I have tucked them into the slots as far as I possibly can and they fall back out almost immediately. I have two packages of cloths now that I'm not even sure I'll be able to use. It seems like maybe a different type of clip system is needed for these.

I have been using the Swiffer wet cloths since they came on the market. I’ve never had a problem keeping them attached to the handle until now. This heavy duty version must be made of thinner material. It does not stay in the “clips.” I had to reattach the cloth multiple times when doing the floor. Never had to do that before.

These heavy duty cloths are way better than the regular ones. They’re thicker and bigger and last longer while mopping than if you had a regular cloth on the mop. I don’t have to put a new one on as often as I did with the old ones.

Awful Smell. I received the Heavy Duty Wet Mopping Cloths in the kit. The scent is "Fresh Scent" and it's awful. I now have my air filter and fan going to get the smell out of the house. They didn't stay wet very long either....maybe that's a blessing considering the smell. I will not use these again. I may use a dry one and my own liquid cleaner.

Packaging I use these often the containers they come are always cracked and leaking. For what these are they are expensive, and good for a small area many are needed for each cleaning.

Our goal is for you to sweep easier, not harder. We're so sorry to hear about this. If you have not done so already, align the edges of the fold to the edge of the mop head. This will ensure that the cloth fits in the grippers on both sides of the sweeper head. Once that's done, ensure the cloth is tucked into all of the grippers on both sides of the sweeper head. Obsolete greatest wet clothes, trap all the dust and dirt with every strike on the hard floor, I like to use heavy duty because we have large dogs and kids at home and they track foot prints in my tile and easy to use mops help me every time, big bonus is amazing scent that lasts for hours, affordable and no messy mops to store, after use just toss it and even my trash bin smells great, container after clothes are gone can be reused as a storage box in the garage for bolts or screws, continue to use and recommend.
