A: The box lists allergens and the only one it lists is milk , it doesn't state anything about peanuts or nuts so I would take a guess and say it is free of nut exposure or it would have been stated on the box. The product is Gluten Free.

This review might not be the typical but I wanted to say I was really excited about your dairy-free cocoa option and made a special trip to a local store that seem to carry it only to find out it's made with coconut milk. In case you guys don't know it at Conagra, coconut milk is an IBS trigger, so no cocoa for me. 😭

Remember Swiss Miss is a dairy first; you will notice the milk flavor is far better than you would expect from dehydrated milk. A satisfying milk chocolate & a sublime mocha.

It is too sweet. A lot of sugar. I can not even notice the taste of cocoa in it, just plain sugar in water. Do not recommend it. Especially for kids.
