I like the color and it's lightweight

This suitcase is absolute piece of junk suitcase is broken in after 2 cases beyond repairable condition. I tried to reach Swiss gear support they said we cannot cover the warranty if broken outside. Spent 140$ on this which is not completely trash. I would never buy this Swiss gear suitcases

Cheap, thin plastic. Like others have mentioned, it got a huge crack on the corner and side. I had only used this for two vacations before the crack happened on the way to my second vacation destination. Waste of money!!

Sadly the luggage didn’t survive a single flight. The outer plastic on one corner completely cracked. The really annoying part is to claim the warranty I need to pay to now ship this pile of hot trash to Florida.

The handle broke when I packed my suitcase full. Also, on one trip the side bumper broke off and there is just a screw sticking out. Unfortunately this is not a great quality suitcase.

Bag is smaller than advertised. It is not 30 inches high. Height is not even 28 inches.

I bought the 7272 model (27" checked) luggage in late May. The suitcase arrived in perfect condition. It has nice features and lots of capacity. I used it for a two-week cruise and upon my return home, I found the TSA combo locked broken with the zipper pulls locked in. I could not open the bag!!! I had to cut the pulls in order to access the contents. Swissgear replaced the bag, but the entire experience was an unnecessary ordeal. The TSA lock is a flimsy, cheap accessory. Better not to use it.

This is perfect for all my business travels! It’s sturdy, it’s sleek and it’s works perfectly! I love it!

I have had many travels and the suitcase is the same shape no scrachtes, wheels are complete. Good brand and value.

I just got my new GOLD suitcase from Swiss Gear for my upcoming trip to Dubai. HONEEEY….this suitcase is EVERYTHING I was expecting it to be!!! It does not lack on the size, the color, or the style. It seems pretty sturdy and should hold up until my return (I’ll post again if it doesn’t). But for now…It’s giving RICH on budget…lol! Just what I want for my travel to Dubai! Y’all better get one of these LOL!

I purchased the Swissgear luggage for my granddaughter who plans to visit Europe soon. She was thrilled with the size and durability of the hardside spinner suitcase and plans to use it often.

I travel multiple times a year and was looking for a solid hard case suit case for a trip cross country. This one caught my eye in the store due to its sleek graphite design, but it’s more than that. It rolls so smoothly that you can push it with like a couple fingers. It is a great size - you’d have to check it - but can fit so many items. I was able to fit a weeks worth of clothes for both me and my husband into this one suitcase! It has some great pockets on the inside for random items, while also having clips and a fill zip side panel to keep clothes in place. I’m so happy I got this that when it’s time to replace my other suitcase I will be looking for another one like this!

Zipper ripped off after first use, wasn’t overstuffed to cause it either…

Loved it! I took it on a summer vacation for a week. Handled well at the airports, the 4 wheels are great.. it glides easily!! My partner is now considering purchasing one!!

I loooove this luggage. I recently travelled with my 7 month old (all by myself) and I was able to easily glide this luggage in whichever direction I needed it to go while still holding my baby. It is extremely durable as well. It has a couple scratches from baggage handling at the airport, but I expected that. Other than that there are no major issues with the body of the luggage. It is also extremely spacious inside while still meeting the standard 62 inch airline luggage dimension limit. If you’re researching what luggage to purchase and are looking for a sign…this is it! It’s worth the price!
