The base is fairly stable and I will have no issue using it for bench press the coming years(benching around 150 now for reps @ 140 bw). Only thing is the top pads on either side when assembled have room to move just based on grooves attaching them to the long arched piece of the bench connecting both feet.

I love how comfy and sturdy the bench is! Surprising the seat also inclines (maybe I skipped over that part, haha) anyway I absolutely love it! The biggest factor in me buying this one was (pricing, weight capacity, and comfort! It hit all of them. So if you are searching Amazon or where ever for a bench, please take my word this bench is worth the money and will last forever! Also the setup process was so easy, and they don’t skimp on the quality of bolts and nuts it’s sturdy!

The bench does not go to a full 99 degrees which is why I bought it. Very disappointed in this product. Installation was easy and it feels good to sit on. However, the fact it won’t go to a full 90 is disappointing and frustrating. I’ve have so many items from Synergee and honestly I I expected more

Fast shipping and delivery. Bench bolted together easily with very clear instructions. Bench doesn’t have wheels but it is lightweight and easy to maneuver. Great quality bench for the price point!

Bench is okay. Directions were almost straight forward. There was a part that said “attach to something”. Not sure what that was about. Customer Service is not okay. I had reached out regarding my order, and the responses I received were less than mediocre. You could clearly see that the lady did not care about my inquiry, and she made absolutely no effort in to helping me. I definitely won’t be shopping with Synergee again.

Overall good bench for the price. Wish it had wheels on the back for moving and a smaller gap. But very easy to put together and overall a good starter bench. Feels sturdy and safe (I’m 300lbs and have benched over 300lbs on it a few times now.

Overall it’s a good incline bench BUT the one thing that I dislike is the play / wobble in the back rest. This wobble comes from the mounting point. When you’re trying to use free weights for incline etc, having that wobble really throws you off when free weighting can already be unstable.

I am very picky when it comes to finding equipment for my gym. I spent so long looking for a bench that had every aspect I was looking for: decline, multiple incline options, sleek looking and most importantly - WHEELS! it’s so easy to maneuver around, comfortable, and easy to assemble. And the price?? Yes please. I’ve waited to write the review until I’ve used it in all conditions and yes this is it.

I'm sure the bench is great, I never did receive it. The customer service was great and returned my money with no problem at all. I would still order my product from synergee. I ordered other material that has been great. The bench had everything I needed such as a good rest and my angles of incline.
