The curl bar is fantastic with solid build and the steel sleeves have great rotational ability. I love the multiple grips which allow a multitude of exercises. The design and color finish of the black steel bar works great for my home gym and very satisfied with the purchase.

Excellent product. Great biceps bar that is easier on the wrists and myotendinous junctions of the biceps. Arrived quicker than anticipated and works excellently. Would highly recommend for any athlete dealing with elbow and wrist tendinitis that would like to still lift!

Impressed not only with the black curl bar but also with the company overall. Fedex never delivered the bar and it showed on the tracking it was missing and damaged. I called customer service and they immediately sent out a new bar that we received in a couple of days. Would definitely buy from them again and their product is good. Not chinsy or cheap

This bar is great! It is the first curl bar I have ever owned and am super happy with it. Great weight, very well built, good grips. I enjoy the different grip angles provided as well, well thought out. Overall I am very pleased with this purchase!

I bought the super curl bar in Cerakote red and have been using it for the last week. Overall a good bar, with some minor issues. Pros: - came packaged super well. This seems to be a synergee trademark. - The angles on the bar are great, and my wrists feel no strain when using them. I’ve also used them for more neutral grip rows and they’re great for that as well. - 20 lb bar weight is convenient for doing plate math. - knurling is decent Cons: - my bar came with some small nicks on the cerakote. Nothing major, but felt like I should call it out. - one of the sleeves does not spin smoothly and sounds noisy. I haven’t taken it apart yet to maintain / check for rust / lubricate, but that isn’t something I expect to do out of the box. - I wish the main ~45 degree handles were slightly wider. I’m not a wide dude and it still feels just a bit close-grip. This might be an industry standard though. - pipe dream - knurling throughout the bar would be awesome, but it’s not like other brands in this price range are doing it either. Overall would recommend this bar, it looks cool and functions great.

For the money, this curl bar is really good quality. I looked at a lot of different sports companies and was pretty happy with what I ended up with. I’ve gone through several outfits and was disappointed in what I ended up with, but this time was a pleasant surprise. I was just going with the bigger name athletic suppliers to avoid poor quality, but that gets expensive. The Synergee curl bar is solid, feels great in the hands, real quality for the $$$

Great finish, bar was well oiled and in pristine condition. Good packaging and the bar was securely wrapped in a plastic sleeve to protect against any friction or handling in transit. I’ve been looking for a bar to complement my traditional EZ bar, this is great for skullcrushers, traditional curls but with great pronation. Solid price point and quick delivery.

First time buying and using a super curl bar. Synergee has done a fantastic job with execution here. The angles allow for a deeper skull crusher and have taken a ton of stress off my wrist from barbell accessories. On top of that the coatings and overall quality is awesome. I’ve never bought from Synergee before and this earned returning business from me. I also hate writing reviews but I’m kinda a bar snob and this impressed me. Especially at the price.

As with most things online these days, I saw some skeptical reviews of this bar but figured I’d give it a shot. I have to say, for the price, it’s a really solid bar and a great addition to my home gym. Craftsmanship is on point, a few scuffs and scratches but nothing short of what I expected for a steel bar, this was the case even with some of the more expensive bars I own, I’ve accepted that’s how it is when working with steel. The bar size is good and meets what’s advertised online, the super curl angle is a little narrow for my liking personally, but it came as advertised. Overall, good bar, I will likely order more bars from Synergee in the future.

Everything about this bar has been great! My only downside which I was aware of before making the purchase was the paint durability. I feel like the black scratches fairly easily but it’s to be expected. The feel of the bar is amazing. This is my first super bar and I was nervous to try it. It’s a game changer. Love all the workouts I can do with it. I would highly recommend it and if you haven’t used Synergee give them a go! I have no complaints!

If you are looking for a curl bar look no further than Synergee.This is by far the best bar for the price.This super curl bar has top quality workmanship that will last a lifetime.I looked at cheaper bars by Cap,Bodysolid,Sunny health and they all had manufacturing flaws.I have been lifting for over 40 yrs and have seen it all ,in terms of equipment.Trust me when I say Synergee bars are legit.
