It is definitely made for Americans who have no idea what Arabic food is. It kind of words things so white people friendly it’s borderline offensive if you’re actually Syrian lol. They don’t have everything, or all things made exactly the right way, and they call things super American friendly names instead of the right names, but otherwise it’s ok. I gave it to my brother who didn’t learn to make Syrian food since he’s a man and I’m a woman (lucky he got the choice to not learn lol.)
