Q: Why is my gaslift not lifting the chair? I followed the directions, but when I try to press the lever up to lift the chair, it doesn't lift. (And I'm not sitting on it when I try.)

Q: The lift handle doesn't do anything. Is there a video tutorial you can share to get this pump to work that's supposed to lift and lower the seat? Called Target, they just said to return it.

A: Please check if the installation is correct according to the instructions. If it is confirmed that the installation is correct but the air rod still cannot work properly, please contact us Target and ask Target to contact us for ufurther solution.

Q: Is the chair seat supposed to lock in once you put it on the gaslift? Because I can easily just lift the seat and it comes right off.

As expected for cheap chair
Not very supportive but fits the bill. We use it for our front desk once a week and it’s compact and is better than the dining chair we had before. If your young no big deal if your a little heavy then this might not be for you.
