Tangle Teezer Naturally Curly Hair Brush

This brush creates the perfect curls when using it to brush wet hair. My curls are so defined once my hair has dried.

I love how gentle it is in detangling my curls.

This brush should ONLY be used on wet hair. It’s does not work well on dry hair.

Detangles my hair (3c/4a, HIGHLY porous, damaged/color treated ends, fine/normal, but a lot of it) with ease. Cut my detangling time down for sure. Super easy to clean. Defines our curls well. I actually like that there aren’t any bulbs on the ends of the bristles. As long as you aren’t pressing the brush down super hard on your head or unless your scalp is sensitive/easily scratched, it shouldn’t cause any issues. Feels pretty good to me. I use it on my 3.5 year old’s hair also and no complaints. If I could change anything, it’d be to make the handle a little longer and less slippery. Add grip(s) maybe. Haven’t used a WetBrush in a while, but I don’t remember it being as good as this one. Tried a Felicia Leatherwood dupe as well and it wasn’t as good either.

Absolutely love this hairbrush! I have long thick wavy hair. Doesnt snag my hair, just use a little hairspray & gets all knots out. 100% recommend!

I have 3a hair, so I picked up this brush. It went through my hair like a dream, but the bristles are very hard and hurt if they come in contact with your skin. Not sure if I will be returning or not.

Detangles coily hair really well, whether it’s dry or wet in the shower

I have relaxed hair and bought this version of the brush. It smoothed down my hair really nicely in the morning, which helped if my hair didn’t lay flat after unwrapping it, preventing me from needing to use heat. However, the bristles were just way too rough on my scalp. Maybe my hair isn’t thick enough for this brush?

Brush bristles are hard and scrapes the scalp. Not good for children.

Literally the best thing I have ever used on my 3c hair! I usually a classic wide tooth shower comb - this was so much quicker, and it felt amazing on my scalp! Teeth were long enough to go all the way through my thick hair, and it didn't hurt, didn't pull, and didn't fall out of my hand in the shower! It would have taken half the time, if I hadn't just kept brushing my hair cause it felt so nice!

Perfect for curling hair

I love this brand. Not all of their products, but the brand. I have super thick tangle prone hair that stretches and breaks very easily. This brush has done the least damage to my hair and doesn’t take hours to get through all of it. I have a few combs and brushes in my arsenal. I will forever have one these with me. I keep the mini in my purse. Highly recommend.

I have purchased multiple tangle teezer brushes and when I picked this one up I just though “ooh purple!” Well it’s extremely rough and the bristles have no give. I looked it up online and turns out the purple ones are for curly hair! Not my 2B hair. Tangle teezer overall is a great brand and my two other brushes are perfect so read the label before just grabbing it.

I wasn’t sure what to expect with this brush. First off i always thought I had a tough scalp but i have to take my time using it across my scalp it kinda hurts. This does an excellent job of cutting though my thick curly shower hair I’m glad I found it and will continue to use.

I love this brush and I love it so much that I decided to purchase it again and again .I have five children so including myself (we have 6 different hair textures in our home all at one time ) .This brush saves time ,and makes all of our hair so manageable without putting extra stress and breaking it off like other brushes have done in past.

I had the wet detangler but this is THE best brush I’ve ever had for my 3c curly hair
