NIKKI FOTHERINGHAM lives in the woods in central Ontario with her husband and a very bad dog. She owns the community newspaper that serves the dreamy rural village of Warkworth, population 700. When she's not in the garden, she's in her kitchen, brewing up new recipes made from foraged local ingredients and (of course) flowers!
