This tasted so disgusting I legitimately was worried a small animal can crawled in during bottling and died. I normally love chai and until now I’ve never disliked a tazo product but this was horrible. I could barely handle the few sips I took of my drink. It was a waste of milk and sugar. I poured it out before throwing away just to see if there was something in it but that must just be the flavor. Waste of my money.

Just stick with the regular chai and add your own chocolate or mocha sauce. This tastes so nasty I regret purchasing it. The flavor is very chemically and artificial. Do not reccomend.

Far too sweet. Quite weak as well, even when prepared as directed. With most plant based milks already being sweet, this concentrate does not need the additional sugar.

My whole family loves this classic chai. It tastes similar to what you might get if you order a chai latte in most coffee shops, and it mixes well with milk and soymilk, so it probably works with most milk alternatives.
