Nesren El Baz: A Texas certified ESL and ELA teacher with over ten years of experience teaching students from diverse age groups, ranging from children to adults in the US. public schools and overseas. Experienced in teaching English As a Second Language with a focus on the 4 foundational skills: Listening, speaking, reading and writing. Additionally, attained Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in England on October 20, 2021, which meets the requirements for employment in maintained and special schools in England. Participated in providing lectures, presentations and workshops to teachers from all over the world. Experienced in using hands-on activities and group work to motivate and energize students toward learning and achieving their set goals. My goal is to always strive to achieve excellence in education by integrating technology into the curriculum, and using the latest teaching strategies.
