It arrived in the original package that was battered. It was wrapped in a lot of sealing tape. Inside, there was no tag identifying the product or other helpful info. It is possible it was a precious return. The product itself is okay. I’m undecided if I will keep it because I feel someone returned it. I wonder what might be wrong with it.

For very small jobs only. Really didn't work on car very well I got it mostly to clean dog hair from furniture . Nah doesn't clean dog hair very well It IS very light weight and easy to use .Also came in beat up open box and was missing the wand. Oh well it was on a good sale.

The little lightweight vacuum (vs. dragging out a regular corded vacuum) works well and has plenty of suction enough to get the dust under car seats / computer desk, windows blinds and narrow spots with attachemts. The dirt is easy to dispose. Battery runs around 25 min per full charge...so that is also reasonable. Glad I got it.

I have owned many hand-held vacuums, and some have been better than others. I will list why I like this one so much: 1. Excellent suction power. Was a great Wet-Vac for my car's floor mats! 2. The light (easy to turn on) is very convenient for darker areas. 3. Simple to clean. 4. The charger is a USB type, so this can be done in the auto. Does it very quickly, also. 5. Many great attachments are included. 6. The price is reasonable. I use this mostly in the car, but it has been helpful in my office. I believe the purchaser will be very happy with this product!
