Never received my package provided proof called target and the postal service that supposedly delivered my package and now they saying I can’t get any type of refund so I’m out of 160$ and they saying they can not help me don’t not shop with target they do not help in these situations they allow people to steal and don’t provide any refund if I could I would sue
