4★/ 17+/2 Spice Okay, not going to lie, but I ate this book right up! It was so good. It had a wonderful mix of humor, heart, and plot was great. The banter and tension in the book was awesome as well. Iris and Declan definitely know how to rile each other up. SLOW BURN FOR SURE!!! I definitely wouldn’t say this book is “smuty”, but the spice was good. Doesn’t go into grave detail - which is why it only has a level 2 spice. I’d give it lower, but some of the spicy scenes were a bit more detailed than others. If you like the fake-dating(marriage) tropes, you’ll like this book! This can also be read as a standalone, but I highly recommend reading the others.
