Walker is an authority on stretching and flexibility, having written more books and articles on on the subjects than any other author. His work has been featured on About.com, Athletes.com, BodyBuilding.com as well as Runners World, Bicycling, Triathlete, Swimming and Fitness, and Triathlon Sports.
