I got this for free from pinchme, but I will say it’s a decent item. I put it on before bed and I definitely felt more relaxed and felt like my sleep was better. I will say to make sure there isn’t an ounce of moisture in the spot you decide to put it, because the first one I tried wouldn’t stick, but once I completely washed and dried the area is stayed in great!

Did not really care for this product. Could not tell the difference, it did not stick well (was coming off on sides after 10 mins), and left nasty brown residue on my skin.

These don't stick! They started to fall off in under an hour. We gave up by your 2. They also left a brown residue that we couldn't wash off for more than a day. Actually made my spouse more agitated versus relaxed.

I tried the Relax patch for the first time today, applying it mid-morning when I was struggling to focus on work due to a stressful morning call. While I did notice some mellowing of my mood, my rating was impacted by the residue left behind when I removed the patch. I’ve used other patches from this brand before, and never experienced this so not sure if it’s typical of the Relax patch or if there has been a change to the adhesive for all patches. You can tell in the “after” photo that removing the sticky stuff took some heavy scrubbing and my skin was red and irritated for almost an hour.

This is my kind of product and helped relieve stress quickly.
