The Dream patch took my
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Dream patch took my REM sleep from 30 minutes to 2 hours. I didn't think melatonin and valerian were for me but the dose seems to be perfect. I awake quite refreshed. My friend needed sleep help and was worried about not waking up on time. This isn't some kind of pharma drug like Ambien. It's the best.

Perfect for travel
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love using these for travel! The sleep patches help me adjust to a new time zone and avoid jet lag. The awake patch is then clutch for when I’m sightseeing/out and about and suddenly get tired. I’m not a big coffee person so these patches are a great substitute.

Only downside was the awake one would turn my wrist red after being on for a while. The redness doesn't hurt and it doesn't stay too long after removing the patch, it just looks bad

Liked them, but didn't love them
The sleepy time patch did not stay on throughout the night, but did help me fall asleep faster and stay asleep (which is a very hard thing for me to do on a regular basis). The awake patch didnt make me feel more or less awake, so not sure it was doing anything. It also leaves a residue after taking it off that can be hard to remove.
