I'm absolutely thrilled with this product. It has a simple, elegant and versatile design, and I appreciate the fact that it can hold 50 lbs. I wish I had taken before and after pictures of my closet, but I'm actually still tweaking things to get the most out of the extra space this product created. I like the chrome finish, and the product feels very sturdy. I didn't need the extra hooks, but I like the option of having them and that they have sturdy rubber caps that fit well, so there's no danger of scratching anything that's hung on the hooks. I don't have any complaints or caveats with this product and would highly recommend it; in fact, I'm considering getting another one for my other closet.
