Q: Why are there 2 sets of hooks?

A: For the extra hook on each side, at the top, it's not for an extra hook to hang from the closet rod. It's for hanging belts, etc. Currently the Description says.... and an accessory hook on both sides of the organizer provide a spot to hang scarves, belts or other accessories.... They don't show in the pic how it's used

I was ready to purchase the cheaper Target brand in store for my shirts when I found this. Yes, it has 2 less shelves but due to their size, you could fit more in each shelf. Plus, it has the sturdier metal hooks versus the plastic of the competitor. From the pictures, it offers a cleaner streamlined closet. One shelf can hold a pair of heels or 2 pairs of flats. See bottom shelf. Tip-if you're buying in store, make sure the extra hooks are included. Someone had ripped open the bag from mine. :(

Very deep and fits shoes very well. The hooks are also perfect and it’s very sturdy. We bought 4 and redid our shoe closet and everything fit perfectly!
