BARN STAR

I purchased this for my dad for his new barn and after I assembled it, it does not lay flat and is mis-shaped/warped. When I tried to contact customer service and let them know the item was defective and I wanted to return it for a refund. They tried to tell me that the item was 3D and did not lay flat! So, how does it hang on the wall?? Then, I was told that they could not tell from my picture that the item was warped and needed more pictures. Even though you can clearly see that the two points of the star are touching the box and the top star is quite a distance away from it and it is the top point where the star is hung from. Totally ridiculous!

Not worth it

The star arrived in pieces. I don't recall seeing that the star was "some assembly required". I'm fairly handy, but this star would not go together easily. When I did finally manage to get all the pieces aligned there would be a lot of gaps and just did not look good at at all. I was going to give this as a gift, but now have to find something else a week ahead of Christmas. Very disappointed.
