For the price, the mat lacks quality in the aspect of the bars. I thought I'd appreciate it for storage and hauling purposes, but it really never stays up no matter how many times you fix it. I wish I would've chosen one with more structured bars. Otherwise, the mat works great for interest level & the mat is comfortable. Not something I'll probably keep for another baby unfortunately!

Purchased for my 2nd baby. Very well made for that price I paid. I like the option that you can fold it up for storage.

Both plastic rods broke after 4 months with light use every few days. Does not seem to be sturdy or built to last. Liked the toys and animal theme.

My baby loves this mat and all of the toys and features, however, it didn’t even make it to 6 months without starting to break. I also like that it’s so easy to throw the base in the washer. Several loops are fraying where you attach the toys, and the tube connectors that create the arches broke in multiple spots. It was not designed with babies’ development in mind, it would be perfect, if not for the grabbing/pulling stages but that’s just not realistic.

Received this at our baby shower and was excited to use it. So far our newborn has been enjoying it. Keeps her entertained, but material does seem a little on the cheaper side. Overall a good play mat to start with.

This is just awful. It doesn't stay up. It's constantly sliding down and it's difficult to do tummy time with the star sewn on in the middle of the blanket. It also does not hold up in the wash. The lion's mane frayed immediately.

One pole that created the arch broke pretty easily and the set no longer functioned. Have reached out to Target and the manufacturer for a replacement part with no response.

The two stars it does get are because it is adorable. However, the support rods are cheap plastic and snap just sitting there not being used. Mine broke and slumped over before the baby was even born! Trying to find something we can tape to the broken rods (yes, more than one and more than one spot on each rod) so it will stand up again.

Overall the mat has a few sensory things built into the mat itself, it’s pretty standard but we like it. But the hanging toys are all fraying apart where the hanger part is attached. We’ve had it for 2 months and it’s not hardly had any real wear and tear, my daughter is 3 months she can’t even grasp them yet and I have to sew them back together. I expected more from this brand.

One of the interior poles broke the first time we used it. So disappointing

My 5 month old has only been playing with this mat for about 1 month and the toys are already beginning to shred. From the simple movement of her fingers the threads unravel within seconds and become a severe chocking and straglation hazard. I'm throwing it out for safety reasons. Considering the price, the quality is terribly disappointing.

My son loves this play gym! I like the variety of toys (some rattle, some crinkle, some are black and white, some are colors). I appreciate the pillow for tummy time and it really helps him strengthen his neck. This play gym is pretty much the only “toy” we need for our 2 month old. He uses it every day multiple times per day! Great value for the price.

We love this play mat and use it every day! The toys are soft and colorful, and my daughter loves the crinkle paper and other attachments on the mat. Our only complaint is that it doesn't hold up super well. My baby is only 5 months old and two of the connector ribbons that hold the toys up have ripped off.

Great product! Can't wait to give it to the mother to be.

My baby enjoyed the many different sensory zones on the mat, including the owl wing that crinkles and the fabric rags of sun. I really like the durability of this as well as how the stuffed animals are detachable and wipeable. I would highly recommend this!

I love that it didn’t come in a giant box with a million pieces that are difficult to put together, especially while trying to tend to baby. The play mat was very easy to put together. It came with 5 main pieces. The mat, the overhead sticks, and their covers. You simply click the sticks together which attach like a tent structure, slide them into their covers, hook those to the mat, and attach your toys. Then you’re ready for play and tummy time! The mat is soft but not a material that would cause the babes to sweat. It feels like it would be easy to wipe off but not a material that would cause the babies to sweat. I really liked how the back of the play may is textured to prevent some slip on slick or hard surfaces. My favorite feature is that the mat in its entirety is able to be easily disassembled and WASHED! Everything can come off to be thrown into the washer. Babies can make such a mess and it’s so important to me to be able to keep everything clean. I really like that it came with SIX toys that can be hung and exchanged. The toys come on a decent quality, double holed hook that would be difficult for your babe to remove- “Hello Safety!”. The hooks are decent size so they could definitely be utilized in other places like a pumpkin seat or stroller . The mat is lightweight and is easily able to be moved quickly. Assembling and disassembling is quick and easy, making this a great option when you also need to travel! I would highly recommend this product to anyone in search of a baby mat.
