Followed the instructions as stated the first time and it lifted very superficial stains when brushing. Followed up with a second packed, Followed instructions, but left it sit for 2hrs, Followed by another brushing and it didn't lift the calcium/rust stains. So it's only getting two stars for total efficiency, this could be better.

While my kids were entertained by the pink foam rising in the toilet bowl, there really isn’t much else positive to say about this product. It does have a pleasant smell. It doesn’t clean any better than other brands, and definitely doesn’t live up to its claims of “deep cleaning” the toilet bowl.
