Reconnect with what matters. Reset your purpose. Unlock your impact. In modern times, purpose has become a possession. It separates those who "have" it from those who do not, changing the very nature of what it means to live and work with purpose. The Purpose Reset offers a new way to think about purpose--not as an asset or destination, but as a journey of alignment, inviting readers to connect in three ever-evolving dimensions: as individuals, as a team, and as an organization. When you put aligned purpose into action in this context--across the systems in which you live and work--the results are transformative: greater motivation, deeper collaboration, increased satisfaction, and measurable impact. Rooted in the acclaimed Search Inside Yourself program developed at Google and refined through a decade of work with global teams and organizations, this book provides the tools to activate purpose at every level for individuals, team leaders, and talent professionals alike. Inside, readers will find:- Practical frameworks for system-wide purpose alignment Real-world case studies of purpose-driven organizations Interactive exercises to connect individual meaning to collective impact
The Purpose Reset is your guide to building a career and an organization where purpose fuels performance, collaboration, and success at a meaningful level.
