Try it both hot and cold
So different HOT versus COLD! it’s lovely cold with no sugar and gorgeous in a glass with ice cubes. If I want it hot, I add thick hot milk foam on top. It tempers the flavor some and I prefer that when it’s prepared hot. This tea is a great way to avoid caffeine but still have a ton of flavor.

Wonderful caffeine free tea
This is the best herbal tea that I’ve ever had next to Beauty Sleep. The flavor is balanced perfectly between the lavender and the blueberries. I love to drink this iced even in the winter, because it is very refreshing. I enjoy it hot as well.

I have all of the Lavender Teas, Hibiscus Teas and many more. But THIS TEA is my all time favorite! Blueberry/Lavender flavor with a teaspoon of Honey is so good, I literally drink it every evening. (2 bags in a 16 oz mug.) I love this fragrant, delicious tea!!

Healthy Schizandra in Blueberry Lavender tea
This tea is FANTASTICALLY blueberry and lavender, what a great combo but not overpowering in any way. AND did I mention caffeine-free?? A lovely lavender tea!
I was looking for a lavender tea but not fond of berry teas, I took the chance on this blueberry blend and was glad I did. Does not disappoint.
