About the Author

ORGYEN CHOWANG RINPOCHE is a meditation master and teacher in the Nyingma lineage of Tibetan Buddhism. He is founder of the Pristine Mind Foundation, which is dedicated to offering accessible and experiential Buddhist teachings, and author of Our Pristine Mind: A Practical Guide to Unconditional Happiness and From Foundation to Summit: A Guide to Ngöndro and the Dzogchen Path.
