annoying shipping
wish I could give no stars but I can't. It's kind of hard to rate or like something when its supposedly been on and off a FedEx truck repeatedly for 9 days and I can't get a refund for it because it hasn't been delivered. Super annoyed.

ordered and returned twice. both shipments were damaged. I wanted to try one more time but the lady at the customer service desk claimed she did not know how to reorder and to go online. I would have lost the sale price by doing that. I am very very disappointed that I cannot add this series to my library

Delivery sucked, books are beautiful
I love the books themselves - they’re beautiful - however - they shipped the set in a too big box and without any protection inside so the corners are dented and one is unfortunately torn a bit. I was going to exchange but then decided that since it would ship again that the damage I had was better than new mystery damage. I would recommend these if Target ships better (or from somewhere that does ship safer).

I couldn't be more pleased with receiving these gorgeous books from Target in the mail, completely undamaged even though there was no bubble wrap or paper in the box. I pre-ordered these books from another vendor, received damaged books, and drove 30 minutes out to exchange my set for a different one at the vendor's store which I found out was also damaged when I got home. Thank you to Target for somehow mailing out books in perfect condition.

terrible delivery method
Amazing item, although the delivery was terrible. Came in a box that was too big, with no paper or bubble wrap. The corners of the special edition box are dented in and if it weren't for a plastic cover they would have been scratched.
