Dr. Lacee' Carmon-Johnson (LCJ) is a powerhouse at the intersection of sports, motherhood, and leadership. From her southern roots to her center-court strategy, she inspires and leads others to live boldly and authentically. As Director of Basketball Advancement for the Toronto Raptors, she leads athlete development, building stories that turn athletes into brands, missions, and movements at the highest level of the game. She also shapes future leaders as a college professor and founder of Hidden Gems, a mentorship community for women in sport.
