The pillow is too big for someone 5 feet tall. The child-size and trvel pillows have softer foam. The adult petite pillow is too high for head after shoulder sinks into memory foam mattress.

This pillow got very firm like stone within only few months. Customer service did not accept warranty because they said their pillow should get softer over time....This pillow costs $100 + after tax and can only last for such a short time. My PTs told me the neck extension part can be easily substituted with a rolled towel or cloth.
