This appears to be a water-based foam- no stickiness or staining clothes, and does not have the heavy menthol smell you get from other brands. The fragrance is light and very minimal. I tried it on a few different areas - for example, my hands, my legs. It kind of creeps up on you on jow it works. All of a sudden, the pain is gone. it works well for muscle aches, but did not work for my husband's joint pain.

It didn't seem to do much during the episode or the days after while she was recovering. Pros: Large bottle that lasts a long time. Cons: Hard to tell if it does anything. Leaves a long lasting residue on your skin even though it says it's non greasy. I received a free product in exchange for an honest review.

The joys of driving 8-9 hours daily is cramps at night. The only dislike is that its a foam. It was hard to rub into my leg. I wish it was a roll on or a cream even.

Just remember to shake very well before use. Now it says 2 pumps but truthfully it takes three for me but don't it all at once one pump rub it in then another and so on but I never had to do more than 3. It doesn't smell which is amazing as well. It does take a few minutes but it works. I really don't believe in stuff like this so at first I was like it won't do anything. But truthfully it did an amazing job. I'm buying more when I run out.

I would say it is fairly long lasting and I only need to reapply every five or six hours. It doesn't have any residue and doesn't irritate my skin. It does have a bit of a weird smell. Not bad or anything, it just smells a little odd. Once it dries it goes away. Other than that it's great and honestly the smell doesn't bother me that much.

I had just recently rucked 10 miles and I was cramping in my foot and calf at mile 8. I had just received this product to test and was excited I was in the right circumstances to use it. It says to pump twice but it's a lot and takes forever to rub it in. I can say that I never got cramps again so it is effective. I know that magnesium is great for many conditions so even if you don't have cramping, it is a good product to use for maintenance purposes or after a rough workout.

It's been a minute since we've really "gone hard" but we have been trying to work out hard lately, and I'm surprised by how soothing this foam spray is. It's not going to magically make you "not sore all of a sudden", but it did feel like my muscles felt more relaxed and not pulsing as hard. Although, it's temporary and topical, of course. I didn't love the smell of the spray, but I don't mind it since I'm just going to shower after the gym at some point anyway. Overall, good experience!
