Q: Why is it recommended to wash by hand when it is dishwasher safe?

submitted by Fashionista - 2 years ago

  • A: Probably makes the pictures on outside wash off faster in dishwasher

submitted byCchaney - 1 year ago

  • A: This product is top-rack dishwasher safe; however, washing by hand is recommended as the dishwasher uses harsher detergents and hot water that may affect the appearance of your product

submitted byBrand - 2 years ago

  • A: Depending on the settings of the dishwasher, it may affect the appearance of your bottle. We recommend top-rack as the lower racks has stronger water jets.

    Thermos brand is so nice

We love Thermos Funtainer water bottles. The 16 oz size is perfect for a first grader. Not too big or heavy, but still holds enough water. The bottle feels sturdy and well-made, and it's STAINLESS STELL, which is important for kids who are constantly dropping or tossing. The spout is easy for my child to use. Not mention it keep water cool. Overall, this is a reliable kids’ water bottle that has held up well. It is a great size, durable, and works well for everyday school use.

Cute but not my favorite funtainer

My children have been using the funtainer cups to drink their water on the go since they transitioned away from bottles as babies. We love the fun designs and how easy they are to keep clean. They are very durable and last a long time. However, I did not realize the 16 oz does not include a straw. And it’s a big deal breaker for me honestly. I wouldn’t have ordered them had I known that. It would’ve been nice to have at least have the option to use one. I also don’t understand the purpose of the hole in the top of the cap where a straw like piece of rubber plugs it. Very odd design. Not to mention if it gets knocked over it’s now more likely to leak everywhere. At least with the straw it was minimal mess. Might have to find a different one with a straw for school and keep these at home since both my kiddos do not want me to bring them back.

Minecraft Water Bottle with Ball Cap

Thought I was purchasing the Minecraft one with the straw instead of just a spout. My grandson did not want me to take it back so when I could not find one with a straw online, his Mother said to bring it back. I like the rubber bottom on the container.

    Repeat purchase.

I've been buying these as school water bottles and home water bottles for a few years now. They're great and they last. Every now and then you'll get a funky one and the design completely runs off. But only every now and then.

We as a family love these water bottles. My son is very into Pokémon right now and he is found this and was so excited! He is starting Kindergarten and feels that this will be the perfect addition to his Pokémon back pack. I trust that these bottles won’t leak.

    They will get mold!

I wish so much I could like these and give them 5 stars but no matter how much I want to since these keep drinks COLD they always get mold with the condensation that develops under the little plastic thing that holds the straw and base of the lid.
