These are sooo bad! A slight step above styrofoam. Seriously, plain rice cakes are way better than these. This brand used to be awesome but no more. Nothing like a rice krispie treat. Not chewy, not marshmallowy. Unpleasant overall. I always feel bad about returning food just because I don't like it. The only reason I'm not returning. I mean it's technically edible. But just so gross, don't bother with these.

It does have a pretty protein bar type taste and the texture was a little waxy for me. It also upset my stomach a bit, but I usually don’t like higher processed protein bars like this so if you do maybe it wouldn’t? Just okay, it’s a fun idea for a protein bar that is not just a thick chunk of protein but I wouldn’t repurchase .

They are pretty good and not that sweet and a perfect package so you can take one when you are in a rush

These are absolutely delicious! Its a great alternative to a protein bar. I wish they were a little more gooey and not as dry. They're not overly dry but they're not as gooey as the rice crispy treat. Also, the glaze on top makes it like a dessert.

If money was no object I’d probably be gobbling down like four of these things a day. The taste is fantastic, the calories and protein is very high quality as well. If you have the money (because they are pricy) and care about fitness I’d highly recommend.
