This shampoo and conditioner used to make my hair soft and silky. The product has changed. It's a much thinner consistency and now leaves my hair dry hand tangled. The only good thing is that it has a light fruity smell. Disappointing.

I love Bed Head hair products. I do like this one, but I should’ve went with the extreme dry and dull hair. I have long thick hair and it can get damaged quite easily. This product does the job tho.

I love bed head. This was the worst. I agree with another that this shampoo makes my hair feel like straw. Not soft at all. Actually after styling and everything, makes my hair look frizzy and doesn’t do what it says, moisturizing. It actually makes it feel like it strips out any moisture out of my hair. Worst one out of bed head line in my opinion. It smells okay but that’s it. I regret buying a huge bottle set. I love 1,2,3 resurrection level. I recommend anyone of those.

I have never been so disappointed with a shampoo. It doesn't work at all to clean. So liquid. Just rediculous. Conditioner is okay but nothing like the old moisture one. But the shampoo - really - don't waste your money. I can't believe they are selling this.

For Dull, Dry Hair the actual result. Purchased as the shampoo and conditioner I wanted was out of stock. Find anything else! My hair never felt worse could barely comb after the first use. Thought it may be an adjustment but after a week+ it didn’t improve and lost handfuls of hair. Will now be used for nearly ever as shaving cream bc it’s too expensive to not use as all.

If your a first time user and have never tried this product before, you just might like it but if you're like many of us who have enjoyed using Tigi products over the many years then...Sadly this is NOT the same Moisture Maniac Shampoo & Condition! I've used this product for well over 10 years before buying this new 2 pack, and was very excited when I saw that they started making this again...after discontinuing this as well as my other favorite 'Control Freak' I decided to purchase your 'NEW' 2 pack. Tigi I don't know what you've done, but it doesn't feel the same, smell the same or leave your hair feeling clean the same way as the original did. If taking out the sulfates created this you should have done everyone who has supported you over the years a favor and changed the name. Terribly disappointed,I for one will be changing brands.

I bought this cause I loved the shampoo so much and turns out the conditioner is just as great. For years I was spending so much money on high end hair products and I wasn’t expecting much from these products. I have never gotten so many compliments on my hair until I started using this.
