[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had long nails forever, and while typing has always been a challenge, I accepted it as the tradeoff to keep long nails, until now! I was very surprised by this product. At first, I wasn’t sure how it would make a difference, but once I used it, the improvement was clear, fits perfectly over my MacBook air keyboard without slipping or lifting, an issue I’ve had with other covers. While it takes some time to adjust to the slightly raised keys and smaller surface area, the design on the whole makes it easier to type with the tips of your fingers, helping prevent nails from getting in the way. My nails aren’t extremely long at the moment, but I can see this being especially helpful for those with very long nails. The tactile feedback is satisfying, and I love that it comes with a case, making it easy to carry and more likely that I’ll keep using it. Overall, this product solves a very specific problem, and it does it really well! I received an incentive to write this review.

This fun accessory makes it easy to type with very long nails perfect for any girl who likes to use acrylics, press ons or gel nail extensions on a normal basis. Stop risking your beautiful nails and those side cracking and also hang nails. The pink color is also very cute and it really adds to the fun personality that your nails bring to the party . I was so excited when I saw this product! I like to keep nails on, but find it difficult to type at work to keep up with the fast pace needed to be productive. I loved the color and the idea, but initially thought it was much cheaper. It was on the wrong price hanging up. When I got to the register I was shocked to find out the price, but just went with it. It fit my laptop perfectly, but it still seemed difficult to type and it was inconvenient to take off when I close my computer to head to the meeting and then pull it back out. I don’t live close to Target and it’s difficult to return it in person. So I regret buying it. If my computer was stationary it might be good, but it is definitely overpriced.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This tippy type keyboard is one of those products that you never knew you needed. I’ve recently gotten my nails done longer than my natural nails ever got and did struggle somewhat typing on a laptop. Then I came across the tippy type keyboard. It fit over my personal laptop just right. The first couple tries to type sentences did take slight getting used to since I type fairly fast but once I got the hang of it, it worked out great and made typing much smoother with longer nails. The only part that I have trouble with are the up, down, left, right arrows. They don’t seem to press seamlessly and need to press more cautiously in slower distinct motions. Other than that this product is a gem. It even comes with a nice case to store it when not in use. I do find the price point slightly on the higher end though, but in the long run, I think it would be worth it if you consistently had your nails done long. I like the feel of it, it takes a bit of getting used to, but I can see how it would come in very handy for those with long nails. This keyboard cover not only keep your laptop keys, clean, but makes it really easy to type for those of us who like to keep our nails long. I took a break from gel nails, and even my natural nails were struggling and this really helped me place my fingers in the right place I’m excited about getting my nails done again, which are generally about an inch or so long. I struggle a lot to type with regular keyboards due to my nails. It is a silicone layer that you just put on the existing keyboard. I feel like it provides a lot of control when typing so I can be precise. I love the little carrying case, it is very slim so it doesn’t add a ton of bulk to my briefcase. I usually get long acrylics, so having the keys elevated like that will definetly be super helpful. I love the style, and the packaging is very cute. That is, until I tried the Tippy Type. The raised keys feel velvety soft, cushion my fingertips, and protect my nails (no more loud clinking on nails to the keyboard). It does require removing to close my laptop, which is a minor hassle. At least it includes a sleek protective case. Overall, it is manicure-friendly and boosts typing comfort and accuracy. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Finally, a keyboard cover for the baddies with manicures! Especially for those of us who procrastinate a little too long between fills. Iykyk! Ha! The silicon material is soft but surprisingly secure on my MacBook Air. It slides a tiny bit but I’m still getting used to it and it’s not enough to incorrectly hit keys. The keys are little round circles allowing plenty of space between each so it works well whether you want to type with finger tip or nail. It obviously has to be taken off to close the laptop but you get a nice zippered case for storage and travel. I like the black because it blends with the existing keyboard, but the pink looks adorable, too! I received an incentive to write this review.

However, you do have to take it off to close the laptop. The keyboard is easy to remove and because of the silicone material it doesn’t move when you were typing. I am a fast type and it did not bend at all. I do like the case that it came with as it is thin and it’s easily into my laptop bag. I received an incentive to write this review.

When you put this black cover over your keys, you don’t even notice that there’s anything on top. I’m going to go longer for my next manicure! Haha. The tippytype pad sits nicely onto my keyboard and I’m able to type with no issues. As with anything- there’s a little learning curve to the pressure and feel of the buttons but it’s not difficult at all. Love love love this. The case it comes with is great as well. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great fit on my dell latitude 5410. It's surprisingly very comfortable to type on. I dont have long nails at the moment but I can already tell this is going to be a life saver for work. I work on the computer ALL day long and my productivity isn't nearly as high when I have my nails done bc it's just so annoying to type. I haven't been able to get my nails done all pretty or long bc I cant type. The one downside for me is that a couple of the button names dont match up to my keyboard (seen in pics) like the ctrl and alt buttons are different but I know my keyboard enough to be able to work around that (muscle memory also helps lol). The mat itself is like a silicone rubbery material so it doesnt slide around and it very soft and comfortable to type on. The set also comes with a case which is great bc throwing that kind of material in a bag would make all the dust and dirt stick to it. The price is a bit steep honestly. I wouldn't have purchased this at full price. I received an incentive to write this review.

I love, love, love this product! I've been using it for about 6 months. I work at your typical desk job, and I love having long nails, so before I was forced to clack clack clack all day (which I'm sure my coworkers loved.) This product/keys are silicone, and raised, so instead of typing with my tips, I can type normally, faster, more accurately, and without the clacking sound. Absolutely amazing product and I've evangelized and converted 10+ of my girls to grab this. Incredible! Try it!
