Story is not very entertaining, the mens voice is honestly a little monotoned and towards the end, they mention a story about witches, which we do not tolerate in this household.

Not for my family.
This Tonie is not one I want my kids listening to. I have high standards I guess, but the little bear goes off on a secret path even though his grandparents tell him the path that he should take home. And when he visits the deer family to hear about how they go to sleep, he catches the end of a story about a wizard and a “tickle-witch”. And in the story, Bear laughs and thinks to himself that it would be nice to dream about being tickled by a witch. That’s a no from me!

Listen every night
My grandson falls asleep to this story for naps and bedtime. It is so soothing, and all of my kids get the song stuck in their head! I would love more like this with the same voice.

Sleepy Bear is great for bedtime!
Sleepy Bear is so relaxing. I have no idea what the story is about because it’s so sleep inducing I’ve never made it through. When my toddler was having sleep troubles, this one (and Calm Tonie) were great. I still put this one on when she’s a little too riled up at bedtime. There is one part about halfway through where the narrator says, “Oh no!” that seems way too loud and abrupt for a sleepy story. It always startles me through the baby monitor but luckily has never woken up my daughter.

The only one we listen through all the way
This is the cutest, best bedtime story. It has become a go-to when we’re winding down for bed and I love how there are many cues for sleep with a lullaby woven throughout the story.

I bought the tonie starter pack and a few extra tonies for my grandchildren for Christmas. My 15 month old granddaughter loves her sleepy bear! She loves snuggling up listening to the stories before being put to bed. My two year old grandson loves it too!
