Not what you think
I thought that this was some yoga to music. It is told through a story, and it takes so long between yoga exercises that kids lose interest. You can't tap the side to skip through.

For somewhat older kids
My almost 5 year old isn't quite ready to sit and listen to Sara Llama guide us on a yoga journey. It's a really cute story and definitely fits the yoga vibe, but it's geared for older kids.
