  • A: The No Salt Tony C’s Seasoning does have more of a sweeter flavor profile but it is not overwhelmingly sweet. It is perfect for blackening and other All Purpose style applications.

Why get rid of the old one??

Why'd they get rid of the salt version?? Why go to only this one and not just have BOTH on the shelves for people to choose. smh.

Only Way to Go

What I like about this is that I can add my own amount of salt. I’ve tried Tony’s regular blend only to find out that the saltiness was too much to bear.

Salt Free Seasoning was way better

Tony discontinued the Salt Free Seasoning to replace it with that bland and boring No Salt blend. I omitted seasoning on purpose as for me, it doesn't season anything.

As the title says, don’t listen to the other reviews. This seasoning is just as good as the regular seasoning but without all the sodium! Please try it!

"No Salt" not as good as "Salt Free"

I'm from Baton Rouge La. and have used various Tony's seasonings for 30+ years. I loved the Salt Free version in the white canister, but the newer green No Salt version just doesn't do it. Brown sugar as the 1st ingredient is just wrong to me. The only complaint I had about the older version is how fine the powder was, as it would stay in the air a bit and cause some coughing if you weren't careful. But the flavor was GREAT. So disappointed in this one.

NOT AS PICTURED!

The picture is not accurate. You are not getting the can pictured. It is their new version in a green can. My Dad was searching for the SALT FREE version and received the NO SALT version. HUGE difference. The taste is different & the powder is more coarse. I will be returning all 10 cans I thought I was surprising him with. :(
