I am so glad I was able to connect with a lactation specialist virtually through Tot Squad! My 18mo is still nursing through the night, and I am ready to start taking some steps towards cutting back on nursing sessions, especially overnight. I was able to connect with my expert (and new BFF!) within 24 hours, and left our discussion with detailed next steps, a smile on my face, and the wind returned to beneath my wings! We discussed how most parents, especially freshly postpartum, just need to connect with an expert for a few minutes to let them know that they aren't crazy, that the chaos is normal, and that we are doing all the right things... with a list of ways to make changes to what's not working for us. And, even 1.5 years postpartum, this was just as useful for me! I love that Tot Squad provides this opportunity and makes it so easy. I wish I had had access to something like this immediately postpartum, in the hardest (and most beautiful) weeks. I was soo excited when I was chosen by Stellar Product Testing Panel and got the chance to book an free consultation with a lactation specialist. Scheduling the appointment was very easy but there were limited appointments available. I am currently 5 months postpartum and have been exclusively breastfeeding. I wanted to get some more help but unfortunately I had to cancel my appointment due to a work conflict and there were no other appointments available to reschedule. I was really looking forward to it but it didn’t work out. I want to thank Stellar Product Testing Panel for the opportunity even though I wasn’t able to connect with the specialist.

As a mom, I always knew to add products to my registry but being able to add services you actually need when you are in the thick of newborn life was such a life saver. I booked a breastfeeding consultation and the provider was so knowledgeable and flexible around my schedule. She even allowed me to move around my appointment to coincide with my baby's feeding schedule. She answered my million questions and gave me some great recommendations. Will be using it again in the future!

I’m a new mom to a NICU baby (born at 28 weeks) so I've been exclusively pumping for 6 weeks and concerned about my supply when he graduates, especially as I transition off the hospital grade pump. The Tot Squad lactation consultant was so helpful looking at the big picture of my breastfeeding journey and provided personal experiences that really resonated. I wish I had thought to put more services like this on my baby registry as we got so many hand-me-down products, but this support is invaluable! It was easy to schedule with a lot of options during the day, evening and weekend. I'll be booking more appointments with Tot Squad in the future, including one to get my car seat ready to bring our tiny guy home. I highly recommend it to any expecting mamas who are nervous about breastfeeding or need help right away!

The Tot Squad consultation was great from star to finish. I received the consultation as part of the Stellar Product Testing Panel. It was incredibly easy to find a convenient time and book an appointment. The clinician was really friendly, easy to talk to, and asked great questions. She was very empathetic and gave suggestions that turned out to be very helpful. The clinician was very knowledgeable and had a lot of experience, which showed. I made the appointment because I was having issues with latching and mastitis. The clinician's advice has helped me manage symptoms with more confidence. It was really easy to meet from the convenience of my living room so that I was able to have the baby with me. I'd highly recommend the service to anyone working through breastfeeding issues.
