Mostly nothing but broken pieces.
Worst quality ever. 8 out of every 10 broken. The regular crackers are the same way, not just Flip Sides. Looks really awful pouring out crumbs and pieces onto the party platter for guests. It's a regular issue too, according to reviews. Nothing to be proud of going on at Town House. You take my money and I get crumbs, thanks for nothing. I could leave a pic but the site doesn't work right either.

These our my families favorite crackers! They are the best and go with so many dips, spreads, and cheeses. I love them with strawberry bruschetta especially.

Disappointing product
I bought these to eat with cheese. Hard to do because most of the crackers are broken into tiny pieces. Is it my imagination, or have these crackers changed over time? Didn't they used to actually have a "buttery cracker" side. Now it seems it pretzel on both sides. I think I'm done with this product. I won't buy it again.

Great product. Just too much breakage
I eat these crackers constantly. I’ve found that each box will have about 25% breakage. Just beware.

Chronic Breakage
Unfortunately this breakage issue is nothing new as I’ve been eating these snappy crackers for years. Ritz crackers went downhill in quality due to shorter baking times. Flipsides are delicious in any condition. Stacking in bags doesn’t seem to be embraced by management

Out of 4 boxes purchased separately, 2025, 40,% est in pieces. You have taken a superior long running product that we loved and shrunk the width to potatoes chip size, the poor chip pulverizes.what a shock, loved townhouse

Dark brown burnt tasting crackers!
I love these flip side crackers. I have bought them many times. But the past two boxes were Browner, overcooked and had a burnt taste. It was so bad that I could not eat them. Is there some problem with the production of this cracker? I'm on a limited income and it's a shame to waste money.
