Phone says corrupt and have to keep rebooting.
I bought this for my 96 year old mother so she can text easier. It is forever saying this phone is corrupt which upsets her.

Blu phone
This is the worst phone I've ever owned. It freezes up constantly and cuts off on me all the time including whole I'm talking to people on the phone. Now I need to buy another phone. You sold me a lemon!

Shut down sequence is my issue.
It's doing well. I'm still getting used to it. My biggest gripe is the shutdown process with the two buttons on the same side of the phone that you have to press simultaneously. I end up taking screenshots or lowering the volume.

Slow phone
The phone is slow constantly freezing up and it’s always giving me stuff to read like daily briefing that I don’t want I could care less if I want it I will look at it myself or download the app. I don’t think it’s a very good phone.

Up and running again
It's a little larger than my old one, which is nice. It sets up almost the same as my old Blu phone. So far, it is meeting all of my needs and expectations, and getting it for free was a wonderful bonus!!

I love the blue!
This is my first phone since I had my flip phone! I can do so much on it! when I bought it I saw thatnit was free when purchased. I was charged for the phone. Very disappointed! Your company should have a way of telling the customer the need to do something else to get the phone free! Very very disappointed!

Make sure the apps that you use are compatible.
This seems to be a good phone, however, if you have a driving app on your phone through your insurance company such as "Trulane", it is not compatible. If I want to continue to receive my discount from my insurance company for my safe driving habits, I will have to get a different phone and make sure that it is compatible with their app.
