Q: How wide is the frame itself (just the white border part).

A: I don't have the correct answer. I would guess the white part or frame section itself has to be about an inch, plus or minus. Nearly 5 inches is the narrow way of the picure, not the frame.

Seven Broken Frames
Do not order this frame online. I ordered seven and I kid you not, every single frame arrived broken. Poor enough quality that it can’t withstand being mailed, even wrapped in protective packaging. Though maybe target just sent them already broken to begin with since their shipping services have gone so far down the sewer recently. Wouldn’t put it past them. Anyway buy in store or not at all!

I purchased several of the supposed 4 x 6 picture frames for display of photos at a family event which was out of state. Didn't find out until I was at the event that the frames are almost 4 1/2 x 6 1/2. None of the 4 x6 photos I had copied fit. Because the photos were needed for the event, I had to improvise and tape the photos in place to keep them from moving in the frame. Extremely disappointed!

These were the flimsiest frames that I have ever ordered. Tried to hang them up and they all fell down and just broke to pieces. I used tacky glue to try to piece them together but they just won’t stick.
