Review Quotes

The Trauma-Driven Anxiety Workbook fills an important gap. It goes where most anxiety treatments don't, directly addressing the unresolved trauma that keeps anxiety alive in the body. Hillary Straus brings sound clinical judgment to a sophisticated blend of energy tapping and other somatic techniques, all presented in an accessible, step-by-step format that readers can actually use. This is mind-body trauma healing at its practical best.
--David Feinstein, PhD, coauthor of Tapping and The Promise of Energy Psychology.

--David Feinstein, PhD

"Hillary Straus has crafted an incredible workbook, with step-by-step guidance for identifying triggers healing from them. This book is filled with information and tools that will help anyone working to resolve their trauma or anxiety. Whether you are just beginning to explore your healing or looking to deepen the work you've already started, this workbook offers a structured, compassionate space to build awareness, resilience, and lasting change. Healing from trauma can feel overwhelming, but you don't have to face it alone."
--Satya Doyle Byock, LPC, author of Quarterlife.

"This workbook is an essential primer that will teach you how to recognize what you are actually feeling and what your emotions are communicating to you. This book clearly helps you differentiate between healthy and unhealthy emotions, and then teaches you the Healing From the Body Level Up (HBLU) method for rapidly releasing persistent and severe anxiety caused by trauma. I recommend that this book be used by everyone as a textbook for life, starting in high school!"
--Judith A. Swack, PhD, originator of the HBLU methodology, and author of Clear Trauma Now.
