Tresemme Extra Hold Hair Mousse

I have used this product for many years. I used to buy 4-6 bottles at a time. Lately it has been harder to find. I finally found it and it is horrible. When you use it, it smells like fish. I tried it several times and it is always the same fish smell. Beside the smell, it does not hold like it used to. It will last maybe 3 hours then my hair goes flat. I will have to find another brand of hairspray.

Good volume, not at all sticky, seemed to shorten blow dry time a bit - nice to not spend a fortune.

I used to love this mousse more than any other because it had hold and the "crunch" before styling is what made it so great. It was unmatched in taming frizz. They've changed their formulas now and it's very soft. I'm still using it but am searching for one that is like, how this one, used to be.

I got this mousse to try since my regular brand wasn't available. I honestly hate it. First of all there is an overwhelming scent of alcohol when dispensing the product which made me immediately regret my purchase.

I’ve been using this hairspray for 10 years and recently something changed. It doesn’t have the holding power anymore, it’s like I sprayed nothing into my hair. My curls droop and won’t hold an hour. The smell is also funky now. I hate what you’ve changed and I’m looking for a new favourite hairspray. You lose customers when you do these things. Makes me so mad.

The best volume mousse I have used in years. My curls are bouncy, my roots are lifted. The style lasts at least 3 days. My hair doesn't dry out using this mousse.

Never received on drive up order, and online fix an issue says not returnable- I didn’t get it!- and won’t allow refund !!

Been using this for years for volume

I ordered 3 and all three were received with the moose dispenser broken . Now I have to return them. Who ever Packed them did a horrible job. So dissatisfied

Works great to hold your hair. Non-greasy

I like the hold and it doesn’t make my hair sticky or greasy.

The top was broken and is very difficult to use. I would not have it shipped.

I did not get my product. I received three hair sprays and no mousse. When I opened the bag at home it was too late to go back and return it.

The only issue I had with this product is that it leaves a white cast if your hair isn't going to stay still. It has a great smell and the packaging is perfect. Maybe this just isn't a movement spray.

The nozzle never gets sticky or gummed up. A little goes a long way in holding a style with my fine hair. The spray is always easy to direct and I have only ever had very little mess from over-spray.

TRESemme has long been an affordable quality brand, and it is definitely one to consider. The hold level here is 4/5. It locks hair in place, takes the flyaways, but doesn't make hair overly crunchy. Use too much though and you may have too heavy of a hold. The can has a generous amount and the spray delivers an even mist. For the price, this is a great hairspray. I like to keep it on hand, when my primary focus is on style hold (vs styling, heat protection, etc).
