The new formula is horrible!!! I have been using Tresemme for over 25 years. I guess it’s time for a change because the new formula does not work well. My hair is continually dry and frizzy. Why change a product when it was working so well? The OLD formula was great!

Horrible
I got this mousse to try since my regular brand wasn't available. I honestly hate it. First of all there is an overwhelming scent of alcohol when dispensing the product which made me immediately regret my purchase.

Awesome results
The best volume mousse I have used in years. My curls are bouncy, my roots are lifted. The style lasts at least 3 days. My hair doesn't dry out using this mousse.

I grabbed this product for the extra hold. I have been using it for a week now and the mixed reviews come because it doesn't appear to be extra hold but when I look at my hair later in the day it still looks perfect. I think the hold must just be less stiff than I am used to. Great volume boost too. I wear my hair short so I appreciate both hold and volume.

Fake rose scent
The artificial rose scent is terrible. If you want to smell like a bunch of artificial roses barfed into a vat, let it ferment, buried it in a dump for a few years and then poured it into your styling mousse, them this is for you. It is wretch inducing. What was there a sale on fake rose? My advice is if the choice is between discount rose and unscented, go with the unscented.

I’ve used Tresemme volumizing mousse for 15+ years. The old formula made my curls so soft. The new product is terrible. It left my hair dry, frizzy, & it feels like straw. Never buying again.

Panthene is better performing than this
I believe this mousse versus Panthene brand I will keep Panthene as hold hair with no humidity then on Panthene u are using less, on Tresseme must use a little more or more to hold hair, plus don't see in the ingredients any vitamin complex as Panthene, but prefer Panthene over this, as Panthene holds better with no oil residue and blocks humidity better as hair will look more natural on Panthene.
