The juicer does not turn on, I do not recommend it at all.

intended to use this juicer every morning for celery juice, but sometimes it's an hour long endeavor. The top part gets stuck after use and is really hard to twist off. Often I have to hug it and really twist with all my might which also means getting juice on my clothes. Celery gets stuck everywhere, which I thought the waste was supposed to come out of the second chute, but it doesn't as much as it gets stuck every where else making it hard to clean. Any suggestions for easier use would be super appreciated!

I loved this juicer at first - Used it mostly for celery juice , about 20oz of a daily juice. I didn’t enjoy that the pulp shoot was always stuck so the juicer seemed to run slower than usual perhaps because of this. After juicing an entire head of celery I had no pulp. It was concerning but it continued to work fine . Cleaning was just a bit of a struggle and took me easily 20 mins each time which began to discourage me from using it . I used this juicer for about 3 months tops. The top eventually got stuck also and at some point I couldn’t even take it apart so the celery began to rot and mold inside . The solution from Tribest was to send the entire piece back but it seemed like more work for a juicer that didn’t seem to be all that worth the trouble . I would only recommend this juicer for small things like ginger tumeric apples and such. Regret not getting the bigger one. My logic was that if I was making one small daily juice this would be perfect but I was wrong . The juicer eventually wound up in the trash simply no way to detach the top after many attempts .

Overall, I'm happy with it because I'm able to juice turmeric and ginger root. On the first day, it shut down on me because I tried to make an extra glass of fruit juice after my ginger and turmeric shots, about 16 ounces of juice. I would probably get the next size up, if I had to do it all over again. It's exactly what the YouTube videos say though, and my wife likes that it doesn't take up a lot of space. I accidentally put a peach pit in it and damaged the screen and auger. I paid for new ones and they're on the way. I tried to trash it and get a different one but once again the wife said, no, lol. I daydream about the Dyna Pro Vacuum blender. The quality of juice is great on this Shine Juicer and the 3 year warranty for the price is amazing! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a machine I purchased for on the go use for instance if I was going on vacation or away from the home a few days and unable to transport my large juicer around. Using this machine a few time I enjoy the ease of use, the juice output and the ease of cleaning. I recommend this machine for a quick easy juice to anyone.

Makes good juice. Like the fact that I can clean nearly every inch of this, no seams to catch and hide food fibers. Also, like that it doesn't take up much countertop space. Definitely need to use a sieve to keep more fiber out of the juice. However, in less than 2 months (between 2/3/2022 and 3/10/2022), the auger housing cracked in 2 places, and the auger has divots in it. Only juiced carrots (5 lbs.), apples (2 firm apples), and greens (couple handfuls) about 4-6 times a week. Customer service did replace both items, but with parts of same quality as previous ones. I stopped juicing for few months because of lack of confidence in auger housing and getting tired of clean up. About to start up again. The motor seems fine but wish the parts were made of tougher stuff. Will Tribest continue to replace items every time they break throughout the entire 3 years of warranty?...Also, I've learned to put a little water on the connecting piece of the safety lid. Otherwise, it's extremely hard to remove.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I will preface my review by saying I only use this juicer for celery, that being said, it does a pretty great job. I will say that from what I have seen of other less portable, larger juicers, the yield on celery could be greater than what I'm getting. HOWEVER, this juicer is exactly what I was looking for, it doesn't take up a ton of counter space. It's extremely easy to clean and easy to pack in a bag for travel. I've been using consistently for a couple of months and haven't had any issues yet. I highly recommend if you have the same requirements that I do.

The reason I love this juicer, is that I USE it...frequently! The reason is because I leave it sitting on my counter where it's convenient. I put the carafes under the counter, but this juice takes up so little space, & looks so nice on my counter, that I love it being there! I wasn't sure if it would do the job I needed it to do, but it DOES -- the pulp comes out so dry!! Every bit as dry as my Solostar II, which I've loved for many years! At first, it seemed to jam up at the exit point, but that was because I was stuffing it with produce too quickly. I slowed down my feeding into it, & it's fantastic!!! I throw the pulp out into the yard, for the birds & squirrels to eat -- they love it. This juicer is easy to clean, and the price can't be beat! You won't be sorry if you try this juicer, it'll likely become your go-to, as it has mine!

This is a poor design. I juiced celery twice and NO pulp ended up in the container. The tiny opening for the pulp CLOGS and backs up into the screen area. Very unfortunate.

I "accidentally" activated the safety switch and the juicer would not turn on. The wonderful technical department promptly identified the problem and sent clear instructions about how to reset it so I can continue to enjoy the wonderful variety of juices it helps me prepare.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] About the size of a roll of paper towels. Keep on counter top, easy to take on a trip. Easy to assemble and disassemble. Generates a lot of juice, pulp is dry. Juices quickly, juice is pulp free, excellent flavor. Does equally well with hard veggies/fruit and greens. Need to cut produce into 1 - 2 inch pieces to fit in chute. Most of unit is easy to clean but the screen takes some time. Good unit for 1 -3 people. (Easily makes 3 8-oz glasses) More than that you might want a more robust unit.

The juicer doesn’t work and has never worked since I purchased it. I’d really like my money back or a product that works.

Love this little workhorse! It’s is quiet, compact and easy to clean. My juicer did not come with the brush or pressure plug… is this supposed to be included?

Easy to use. Perfect size for a kitchen counter. It is a quiet machine compared to a vitamix and a blendtec. Highly recommend this unit. Price is great as well.

I love my new Shine cold press Juicer from Tribest. Took me half the time than with my old manual juicer. The Shine juicer is easy to use and the directions to assemble and disassemble were easy to follow. I use it for making my delicious Green juice with celery, cucumber, parsley, spinach or romaine and sunflower sprouts. Delicious green juice. Thanks Tribest.

I love this juicer! I already have the SlowStar, but ordered this one for the occasional small juicing/dressings and specifically for prickly pear. It does the job and it’s very quiet. I’m very happy with performance, size and design.

This little juicer is great! I am a first-time user; it was easy to put together and take apart. Cleaning it was not difficult. It is compact, not bulky, or huge. The parts are easy to replace. So far, I am incredibly pleased with this purchase. I would recommend it.

I love the size of this juicer. I can take it with me when I'm traveling. I highly recommend it.
